Detailed Product Description
This series lines can make PE pipes from 50mm upto 160mm. The application of PE pipes is wire or flexible pipe protection, water supply, and gas distribution.
The EPE Series PE pipe lines are collocated special extruders and adopted microcomputer control. Screws and barrels of extruders are made from special material and bimetal. The screws have new designed groove channels so that achieve good plasticizing and mixing effect. The complete lines assured great output and stable production. In addition, this series lines are equipped with special extruders for marking lines of PE pipes.
The Series lines adopt the most innovated spiral type or lattice type die head, which makes the production of pipes continuously. In order to fit the performance of PE material and assure high production speed, we adopt water film lubricating and water circulation cooling. It has ellipse rectify device when producing huge diameter pipes. And special designed vacuum and cooling devices make good effect of huge diameter pipes extrusion. Haul off machines adopt two, three, four, six, eight and ten claws. The european speed control system makes hauling stable and reliable. Cutting adopts planetary saw. The complete lines have a high computer automatically control degree and long life span with correct maintenance.
